Honey Bottle Vases…Say What?!

So I’ve mentioned this in pretty much every post but I’m trying harder to be creative for less money and it’s been fun!  I’ve already posted about my embroidery hoop wreath and my tissue paper garland, but I want to show you one more idea/tip that I used for my spring mantel that you see here:

See those cute little glass bottles with the flowers in them?  Those are honey bottles!

My husband bought a pack of these different flavors of honey from Trader Joes(because he’s obsessed with honey and tea), and I thought that they were so cute! I found similar ones here.

So all I did was move the honey into little plastic containers and washed the bottles out.  I didn’t take a picture of this step but here’s a close up them after I set them up:

I just filled the bottles with fake flowers that I already had that would match the wreath and the “Spring is in the air” picture.

I love how they just have the little writing on them and the etching of the beehive. Just a cute little detail.

So are you going to run to Trader Joes right this instant to buy that honey?  ? Probably not, but hopefully you can find something unique or different to use as decor or as a vase.  If you do, show it to me!  I love seeing creativity and ideas!

Love you all!
